Shipping & Returns


A&A Solar offers a free ground shipping on all orders. Shipping times are based on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding Holidays and weekends. Depending on your order, your purchase may arrive in multiple packages. For orders with a value of $300 or more, a signature may be required. If you would like to waive the signature requirement, you must let a representative know as soon as possible at (747) 273-0003.

We understand that often professional installation is desired. However, we strongly suggest that you wait until you have received and verified the condition of your order before scheduling any work to commence with your new A&A products. While we strive to provide the best quality products and expect a high level of service from our third-party carriers, we recognize that at times a product or particular delivery method does not meet our standards or quoted delivery date. Due to unforeseen issues potentially occurring, we strongly suggest that you wait until you receive and verify your products as we cannot be held responsible for delays in scheduled work.


Ground: All of A&A Solar products have free ground shipping offered and can take between 3-7 business days.

Freight: Panels larger than 200 Watts must be shipped by freight and do not qualify for free shipping. Please note that return orders by freight will have a $300 charge for delivery and return transportation ($150 each way).

Other freight delivery charges are listed below:

  • Delivery to remote areas may incur additional cost up to $50 - $280.
  • Delivery to limited access areas such as schools or churches will incur additional cost starting at $50.
  • Deliveries that require a change of address or rescheduling will be subject to storage fees ($20/day) and/or rerouting fees ($75 - $300).  


Yes, A&A Solar can ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico via USPS for small parcels. Large Order via UPS or Fedex  do no qualify for a free shipping. If you have any questions or need assistance with your order, please give our sales team a call at 747-273-0003.


Depending on where you’re located, A&A Solar may be able to ship a purchase internationally. Please e-mail us your address at so that we can check the rate and service area to confirm if shipment is possible. International orders may take 5-10 business days for shipping.


I want to return my purchase! What do I do?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from A&A Solar you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. all order ship with an attached Packing Slip. Merchandise returned without the original Packing slip and RMA Authorization may not qualify for a refund. Please make sure you get your RMA Authorization before you ship anything back.

Can I exchange my order instead of returning it?

As a A&A Solar customer you have the option of exchanging an eligible order instead of returning it for a refund. The funds from the original order will be transferred to a store credit when the exchange is processed. An exchange also requires the original order to be returned to A&A Solar within 14 days. If we do not receive the original order within 14 days, the credit card on file will be charged the full amount of the replacement order. How long does it take for me to get a refund?

For the vast majority of returns, it takes about 3-5 Business Days for us to get your package at the fulfillment center, inspect your return, process it into inventory, and complete your refund. If the refund is being issued to a credit card, depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 Business Days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
